Warranty Conditions
Make sure to check the product during cargo delivery so that the Warranty conditions of all products can be valid.Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.


Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our site turns out to be faulty, or the size does not fit, the product has been used no later than 3 days from the delivery date (the return period for evening dress products is 24 hours from the delivery date of the cargo) and depending on the use, a coat mark has formed, perfume and sweat smell, the label has been torn off, the product cannot be refunded. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product was used within a 3-day period, the product will not be returned and replaced.
